After hearing from our customers about ways to make daily safety processes even smoother, we&#8217;ve built these features to save time and increase efficiency. By installing the new version of the app, 5.2.4, and with the help of DataScope&#8217;s app configuration team, users can benefit from these added capabilities, making everyday tasks quicker and easier.<\/p>\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s what&#8217;s new on the app!<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Achieve multiple signatures on documents with the use of a QR Code<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>With a QR code shared between trades, teams can now collect\u00a0multiple participant signatures with ease\u00a0on a single document. Each participant can simply scan the QR code and provide their signature from their own device &#8211; meaning there&#8217;s no need to crowd around one screen. Each signature will automatically include\u00a0a name, photo, signature, and timestamp. This process ensures\u00a0accurate and auditable\u00a0attendance records of everyone participating in team safety briefings, toolbox talks, on-site inductions, and more!<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Documents are now linked to operative competencies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>You can now link\u00a0documents\u00a0directly to an operative\u2019s\u00a0competencies\u00a0within DataScope&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datascopesystems.com\/product\/workforce-management\/\">workforce management<\/a> system.
