Introducing the new high-risk activity (HRA) live board. Designed to provide a live overview of high-risk activities across your project, the board displays HRA counts by company and activity type, helping teams quickly understand where attention is needed most.

View data across the entire project or focus on specific areas, making it easier to monitor activity levels and identify emerging risks.

Keep safety documentation connected

Transform how safety documents and permits are connected with the new ‘Hotspot Connect’ feature. Documents can now be assigned directly to hotspots, creating a stronger link between site activities, permits, and supporting safety documentation.

Users can filter and access assigned documents directly from the Documents section. Clearly labelled live, closed, and company-specific permits help teams quickly find relevant documentation within hotspots. The result is a more efficient workflow and better-informed decision-making on site.

Gain attendance and compliance oversight

Gain greater oversight into workforce attendance and competencies with enhanced sign register reporting. The new ‘Duration’ selector allows users to generate reports for attendees within a custom date range, providing a more accurate view of participation across DABs meetings and site activities.

Reports can now display operative types directly from the register, giving teams deeper insight into who attended, when they attended, and the qualifications they hold.

Stay focused on critical hotspots

Focus on what matters most with the new ‘Important Hotspots’ feature. Users can now flag critical hotspots for greater visibility and exclude non-essential hotspot types from reports, creating cleaner, more targeted documentation.

The result is improving reporting clarity, faster identification of critical issues, and a more consistent approach to tracking project priorities.

Gain visibility of expired RAMS

Improve safety oversight with instant visibility of expired RAMS directly within reports. Combined with support for system-wide date formats, these enhancements help teams maintain compliance, reduce operational risk, and ensure consistency across global projects.

Establish clarity on permit activity

Attain greater oversight and control over permit management with the new live document board. The board displays permits by type and duration, helping teams quickly identify where action or approval is required.

Flexible filtering options make it easy to view specific permit categories and timeframes, while key information including submission dates, approval status, start and expiry dates is available from a single, centralised view.

Experience a refreshed reporting interface with cleaner dashboards, improved report layouts, and enhanced table alignment. Designed for better readability and usability, the latest updates make it easier to analyse and act on your data.
