Achieve Multiple Signatures on Documents with the use of a QR Code
With a QR code shared between trades, teams can now collect multiple participant signatures with ease on a single document. This feature provides an efficient solution to gathering all required signatures after a vital team meeting, such as DABs.
Teams can achieve fast, paperless group sign-offs in minutes. Each participant can simply scan the QR code and provide their signature from their own device – meaning there’s no need to crowd around one screen. Each signature will automatically include a name, photo, signature, and timestamp. This process ensures accurate and auditable attendance records of everyone participating in team safety briefings, toolbox talks, on-site inductions, and more!
Documents are now Linked to Operative Competencies
You can now link documents directly to an operative’s competencies within DataScope’s workforce management system. This added functionality means that only operatives with the right qualifications or level of authority can be associated with forms or can submit specific forms.
This gives users the ability to filter document use by required competencies, meaning only supervisors can be linked to supervisor-level forms. This also prevents form submissions unless the user holds the necessary competency card, enhancing compliance and complete control over document submissions.
