What you’ll be doing:

You will be working with multiple stakeholders on a wide range of projects which will require a fast-paced approach to working and thinking on your feet. However, we believe the skills and knowledge gained from working with us will be invaluable for your future career development.

• Collaborating on software projects and end-to-end development of innovative new systems
• Writing scalable, maintainable and testable code to a high standard using C# .NET Core
• Maintaining existing applications and products (including older technologies).
• Migrating existing products to the latest version of .NET Core
• Setup and maintenance of build and deployment tools

Essential Technical Skills:

A solid understanding of the following:

• C# .NET Core
• SQL, EF Core
• REST API, ASMX
• DDD, TDD, SOLID Principles

Essential Personal Skills:

• Quick learner who is enthusiastic and results-driven
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points:

• Git, GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus, Glo boards.
• Docker, ACR
• Knowledge of networking, TCP & UDP, sockets.
• Azure
• Linux, bash, SSH
• Hobbyist experience with hardware (E.G Raspberry Pi)
